摘　　要：α-红没药醇是一种重要的化妆品功效成分。建立了以液相色谱法测定化妆品中α-红没药醇含量的方法。样品通过四氢呋喃提取,液相色谱分离,DAD检测器测定。方法检出限为50 mg/kg,加标回收率在96.8%~103.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3%,可满足日常检测工作的要求。α-Bisabolol is one kind of important cosmetic ingredients. A method for determination of α-bisabolol in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was established. The samples were extracted by tetrahydrofuran, identified by HPLC-DAD. The detection limit of this method was 50 mg/kg, the recoveries were in the range of 96.8% to 103.2%. The method could meet the requirements of daily testing.
