颈静脉灌注混合氨基酸对奶牛阴外动脉氨基酸组成比例的影响

摘　　要：本试验拟通过以颈静脉灌注氨基酸混合液的方式,探索颈静脉与阴外动脉中氨基酸浓度和组成比例的关系。将3头体重、胎次、泌乳期、泌乳量和体况基本一致的荷斯坦奶牛按3×3拉丁方试验设计,以不同的3种氨基酸混合液分3个周期进行颈静脉灌注,每期22 d(7 d灌注期+15 d间隔期)。在每个灌注期的7 d采集血样,在当天灌注开始后的0、0.5、1、2、4 h进行采样。结果表明:灌注液所含的6种氨基酸在颈静脉和阴外动脉中的浓度呈三次方相关,并在一定范围内呈线性相关;其他所测的氨基酸除了天冬氨酸和酪氨酸之外,也具有三次方相关及一定范围内线性相关;颈静脉和阴外动脉中的氨基酸组成比例也具有相关性。综上,除了天冬氨酸和酪氨酸外,颈静脉与阴外动脉氨基酸的浓度和组成比例具有一定的相关性,可采用颈静脉灌注替代阴外动脉灌注进行相关种类氨基酸的研究。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the correlation of concentration and ratio of different amino acids between jugular vein and external pudic artery. Thereby we tested the feasibility of that amino acids mixture infusion through jugular vein instead of external pudic artery. Three healthy lactating cows at similar body weights, parity, milk yield and body condition were selected and infused through jugular vein with 3 different amino acids mixture at 3 periods in 3~3 latin square trail （each period lasted for 22 d with 7-day infusion plus 15-day interval period）. Blood samples were collected after infusing 0,0.5 , 1 , 2 h and 4 h at d 7 every period. The results showed that the concentration of amino acids gained from jugular vein and external pudic artery were cubic correlation, and had linear correlation in a certainty range; other amino acids except aspartic acid and tyrosine also had cubic correlation and linear correlation in certainty range; the proportion of amino acids between jugular vein and external pudic artery were also correlation. It is concluded that there is a correlation of amino acids concentration and amino acid profile between jugular vein and external pudic artery, so that amino acid infusion through external pudic artery could be replaced by jugular vein.
