施用不同木本泥炭肥料对烤烟品质及中性香气物质的影响

摘　　要：【目的】为研究施用不同木本泥炭对烤烟品质及中性香气物质的影响。【方法】通过田间试验,设置木本泥炭腐殖酸钾、200kg/667m^2木本泥炭原料和500 kg/667m^2木本泥炭原料3个处理,以不施肥处理、常规施肥处理为对照。【结果】与不施肥、常规施肥相比,木本泥炭3个处理可以提高烟叶氧化钾、还原糖和总糖含量,降低初烤烟叶中淀粉含量。在木本泥炭施用量相同时,木本泥炭腐殖酸钾处理是提高中性致香物质较合适的选择。与不施肥处理比较,提高了98.47%棕色化产物类产物含量、430.32%苯丙氨酸类产物含量、238.31%类胡萝卜素类产物含量、71.01%类西柏烷类产物含量。【结论】在提高木本泥炭施用量的基础上,500 kg/667m^2木本泥炭处理取得的效果最好。[ Objective] The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of different woody peat on the quality and neutral aroma components of flue cured tobacco. [ Method ] By field experiment, three treatments of woody peat humic acid potassium, 200 kg/667m^2 woody peat raw material and 500 kg/667m^2 woody peat raw material, were designed, with no fertilization treatment and conventional fertilization treatment as control. [ Result] Compared with no fertilization, conventional fertilization and three woody peat treatment could improve tobacco potassium, reduce sugar and total sugar content and reduce starch content in tobacco first baking. At the same time, the application of peat humic acid potassium treatment was a more suitable choice to improve the neutral aroma substances. Compared with non-fertilization treatment, the content of product of brown product 98.47 %, phenylalanine product of 430.32 %, carotenoid content of 238.31% and 71.01 % of cephalosporin product were increased. [ Conclusion] On the basis of increasing the amount of woody peat, the effect of 500 kg/667m^2 in the treatment of peat peat was the best.
