摘 要:研究以中国员工为研究对象,将47个独立样本纳入Meta分析,运用CMA 2.0软件检验了吸收能力各维度与创新绩效的关系。研究结果显示:(1)知识获取能力、消化能力、转化能力和应用能力均与创新绩效显著正相关,且相关性依次为知识应用能力、转化能力、获取能力和消化能力;(2)潜在吸收能力、现实吸收能力与创新绩效呈正相关关系,且现实吸收能力与创新绩效的相关性大于潜在吸收能力;(3)吸收能力整体正向影响创新绩效。Considering Chinese employees as the research object,there are 47 independent samples included in the Meta-analysis, and with the use of CMA 2.0 software, this paper tried to checkout the relationship between absorptive capacity and innovation performance. The result shows that : (1)The impacts of knowledge acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation capacities on innovation performance all reach a significant level;in addition, the relationship between exploitation capacity and innovation performance is the strongest, followed by transformation capacity and then the acquisition capacity, assimilation capacity is the weakest;(2)The potential and realized absorptive capacities have a positive influence on innovation performance,in addition, the relationship between realized absorptive capacity is higher than the potential absorptive capacity;(3)The overall absorptive capacity has a positive effect on innovation performance.
