摘　　要：围绕绿色供应链脆弱性的内涵,从绿色供应链的内部风险、外部风险和链间运行风险三个角度系统识别出绿色供应链脆弱性包含的主要风险因素。经过严格分析,制定绿色供应链脆弱性表现量表(1个维度,3个测量项)和绿色供应链脆弱性风险因素量表(15个维度,27个测量项)。在此基础上,经过多次迭代、修正、检验,最终构建出绿色供应链脆弱性风险因素的14条传导路径。Around the connotation of green supply chain vulnerability,through literature research and quantitative analysis,from three angles which are internal risks,external risks and chain system of the vulnerability of the green supply chain,main risk factors are identified.By strict analysis,the paper develops performance inventory（1 dimension,3 measurements） and risk factors inventory（15 dimensions,27 measurements） of the green supply chain vulnerability,builds 14 conduction paths about the vulnerability risk factors of green supply chain after many iterations and correction.
