摘　　要：目的了解并评价华北地区8所部队后方医院肠道门诊的现况并针对发现的问题提出相应对策。方法采用随机数字表法选择8所后方医院肠道门诊开展调查,包括肠道门诊布局设置、人员配备、工作开展情况等。结果这次调查中有6所后方医院按照相关要求设置肠道门诊,并进行了岗前业务培训,建立相关规章制度,5所后方医院配有消毒设施,4所后方医院设有分诊标识和专窗取药室等。结论华北地区8所部队后方医院有6所能按上级要求设置肠道门诊并开展相关工作,但仍要加强建设,规范工作流程和制度。Objective To investigate and evaluate the current situation of the intestinal outpatient service in 8 station hospitals in North China and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods The investigation of intestinal outpatient service, including layout setting, staffing, work conditions, etc. was conducted in 8 station hospitals, which were selected by random number table method. Results Six hospitals had intestinal outpatient service with pre-service training and the establishment of related rules and regulations. Five hospitals were equipped with facilities for disinfection and four hospitals were equipped with triage signs, special window for intestinal medicine, etc. Conclusion Six of the eight station hospitals in North China have intestinal outpatient service to meet related requirements. But they still need to strengthen the intestinal outpatient service including the construction and the standardization of working procedures and system.
