摘 要:目的 探讨"嫁接"模式在中职护生护理专业课程教育中的应用效果.方法 2015年9月-2016年8月用随机数字表法从福建省龙岩卫生学校护理专业二年级9个班中抽取1个班46名为试验组,以多门护理专业课程相关联内容"嫁接"的病例为导向、相关问题为基础,进行技能强化训练并开展护理教学查房,与试验组护理专业课师资相同的另一个班42名为对照组,进行传统的技能强化训练,通过理论测试、技能考核及问卷调查分析其应用效果.结果 试验组理论测试的正确率由干预前21.6%提高到干预后64.2%;技能考核中,试验组病例分析准确率(70.49%)高于对照组(50.94%),根据情境操作准确率(75.41%)高于对照组(41.82%),护患沟通准确率(65.63%)高于对照组(39.29%),技术考核成绩(84.72±2.84)分,高于对照组的(82.67±3.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.57,P〈0.05);护生通过护理教学查房,97.89%表示对操作有更清楚的认识,100.00%表示加深以往知识的印象,96.84%表示学到新知识,92.63%表示学到更好地护患沟通,96.84%表示对临床操作有更多认识.结论 以护理教学查房为框架,以技能操作为平台,"嫁接"各护理专业课程相关联内容的教学模式被中职护生认可,并帮助中职护生更好地掌握专业课知识与技能,提高综合素质.Objective To explore the application of the grafting model in education of nursing professional curriculum in nursing students of vocational school.Methods A total of 46 nursing students of one class selected from 9 classes of the second grade in nursing specialty with the method of random number table were extracted as experimental group from Longyan Health School of Fujian from September 2015 to August 2016. This group carried out skill strengthening training and nursing teaching round with medical record oriented by the grafting model of nursing courses associated with each other and based on relevant questions. A total of 42 students from another class with the same teacher in nursing course with the experimental group were selected as control group. The control group implemented traditional training for skill strengthening. The application effects were analyzed with theoretical tests,skill assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The accuracy rate in experimental group increased from 21.6% before intervention to 64.2% after intervention. Among the skills examination,the accuracy rates of case analysis,situational operation and nurse-patient communication were 70.49%,75.41% and 65.63% in experimental group higher than those (50.94%,41.82% and 39.29%) in control group. The examination score of operation in experimental group (84.72±2.84) was higher than that (82.67±3.45) in control group with significant differences (t=4.57,P〈0.05). A total of 97.89% nursing students knew more about operation,100.00% deepened the impression on past knowledge,96.84% learned new knowledge,92.63% learned to communicate with patients nicely,96.84% were familiar with clinical operation.Conclusions The teaching mode grafting every nursing professional curriculum relevant contents is accepted by nursing students of vocational school with the framework of nursing teaching round,the platform of skill operation. Moreover,this teaching model helps nursing students master professional course knowledge and skill well
