强化高校共青团思政教育的策略研究

摘　　要：高校共青团思想政治教育工作是高校大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,目前高校共青团思想政治教育工作尚未得到足够的重视,加强高校共青团思想政治教育有着重要意义,高校党政领导要高度重视共青团思想政治教育工作,要从内部强化高校团员对思想政治教育意义的认识,要努力建设一支业务精、素质高的高校共青团思想政治教育的队伍来切实提升高校共青团思想政治教育的水平。The ideological and political education by Youth League in universities is an important integral part of the education for college students. However, it has to be pointed out that insufficient attention has been paid to Youth League＇s role in the job. Owing to the significance of reinforcing the education by Youth League, university leaders, whether those of the Party or administration, should enhance their awareness of Youth League ＇s function and reinforce league members＇ understanding about ideological and political education. Besides, they should organize a group of professional educators and teachers with high qualities and superb educational skills to improve the job.
