摘　　要：分析了电工电子实践技能实战化培养目标,从建立层次化课程体系内容、凝练系统化实践环节和建设精确化教学保障条件3个方面定位保障条件;面向任务需求,以课程驱动技能培养条件建设,以技能鉴定推动实训条件建设,以竞赛拉动创新实践条件建设。该研究对提高人才培养质量具有重要的意义,对于其他院校开展电工电子实战化实践技能培养具有借鉴意义。This paper reviews the actual combat aims of electrical and electronic practical skills.A hierarchical curriculum system with systemic practice contents and a fine support system for practical skills training are constructed.According to task requirements,the construction of the training conditions for curriculum and the construction of the training conditions for vocational skills identification are promoted,and the construction of innovative practical conditions for competition is stimulated.Research results have important significance for improving the quality of personnel training,and have the reference value to the electrical and electronic practical skills training for actual combat of other colleges.
