摘　　要：为推动军事职业教育创新发展,落实"向实战聚焦,向部队靠拢"的人才培养方向,按照"充实理论、强化能力、提高素质、胜任岗位"的思路,科学设计和建设实战化教学服务保障平台。在海军航空工程学院的实战化教学保障体系建设实践中,特别强调了3个效能:发挥好模拟训练平台的示范演练效能、利用好实装教学平台的实训实作效能、稳步抓好基础教学平台的技术储备效能。In order to push forward the military vocational education innovation development,carry out the talents cultivation orientation of ＂Focusing on combat and being close to forces,＂and conform to the method of ＂Enriching theory,intensifying ability,improving quality,and qualifying post,＂ the combat teaching safeguard system should be scientifically designed with particular emphasis on the following three performances：playing good demonstration simulation training platform＇s efficiency,using this platform＇s performance,and streadily grasping the teaching effectivenss of the basic technical reserves platform.
