摘　　要：在实战化教学改革背景下,围绕军队院校基础实验室仪器设备共享与管理这一主题,分析了仪器设备的运行特点、管理模式和运行机制存在的问题。探讨了基础实验设备普遍存在管理机制不健全、大量设备重复购置、使用效益低、设备管理和维护制度不完善、部队保障任务需求增多等问题。从采购前期的规划管理、日常使用的制度规范管理、加大实验室开放共享力度、实验技术人员的建设和为部队服务几个方面,提出了新形势下改进和完善实验室设备共享管理模式的思路和途径。Under the background of the actual combat teaching reform,and around the topic of the sharing and management of the instruments and equipment in basic laboratories in military academies,the operational characteristics of the instruments and equipment,and the problems in the management mode and operational mechanism are analyzed.This paper discusses the problems such as the imperfect management mechanism,the repeated purchase of a large amount of equipment,the low utilization efficiency,the imperfect management and maintenance system of equipment,and the increasing demand of the army＇s supporting tasks,etc.From the following aspects：the pre-purchase management,the daily standardized management system,the increase of laboratory opening and sharing,the construction of laboratory technicians and the services for the army,the ideas and ways to improve and perfect the management mode of laboratory equipment sharing under the new situation are put forward.
