摘　　要：针对新时期国家和军队对创新型人才需求的不断增长,对当前军队院校在装备教学和装备实验室建设方面存在的问题进行了深入剖析,并在此基础上提出了建设教学与科研一体化的装备实验室的构想。随后,从制度建设、资源整合、发展规划、技术合作等多个层面分析了装备实验室建设要点,为建设教学与科研深度融合的装备实验室提供了发展思路。Aiming at the growing demand for innovative talents by our country and army in the new era,a deep analysis is carried out on the current problems existing in the construction of the equipment teaching and the equipment laboratory in military academies,and on this basis,the idea is proposed for constructing an equipment laboratory with the integration of teaching and scientific research.The key points of how to construct the new equipment laboratory are analyzed from the following aspects：system construction,resource reallocation,development planning,technology cooperation,etc.,providing the development ideas for the construction of the equipment laboratory with the deep integration of teaching and scientific research.
