摘　　要：[目的]探讨及总结肝移植术后新发恶性肿瘤的发病原因、临床特点及诊疗方案,从而为其预防、早期诊断及治疗提供指导和帮助。[方法]随访2042例行肝移植手术的患者,回顾性分析肝移植术后新发恶性肿瘤的发病情况、患者的诊治经过及预后。[结果]共确诊肝移植术后新发恶性肿瘤16人(17例次),肝移植术后新发恶性肿瘤的发生率为0.840%。[结论]随着移植受者存活时间的延长,移植术后新发肿瘤的发生应引起关注。[Purpose] To investigate and summarize the pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment schemes of de novo malignancies after liver transplantation,and to provide guidance and assistance for prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of it. [Methods]Two thousand and forty two cases of liver transplant recipients were followed up,and the incidence,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of de novo malignant tumor after liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] De novo malignancies were found in 16 cases（17 case-times） of 2042 liver transplant recipients,the incidence of new malignancies after liver transplantation was 0.840%（17/2042）. [Conclusion] With the extension of the survival time of transplant recipients,the occurrence of de novo malignant tumor after transplantation should be paid attention to.
