摘 要:目的:探讨口腔全景X射线机低剂量成像技术在种植义齿中的应用。方法:随机选取种植患者40例,分4组,每组10例,以四种不同X线剂量(5m A|81kv,6.4m A|77kv,8m A|73kv,10m A|70kv),分别以相同时间(15s)照射,获取全景片及数据,后期进行系统分析,比较,评价。结果:各组影像质量无明显差异且均可满足临床需要,同一部位四组失真率结果差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:种植患者口腔全景拍摄时,在一定范围内,应以高电压低电流为宜,可降低患者所受辐射计量,实现低剂量摄影。Objective : To discuss the application of dental panoramic X - ray machine low dose imaging tech- nique on implant denture. Methods: 40 patients with planting were randomly selected and divided into four groups with 10 cases in each group. With four different X - ray doses (5mA 181kv, 6.4mA 177kv, 8mA 173kv, 10mA I 70kv), the teeth were irradiated at the same time (15s) , respectively. Panoramic radiographs and relevant data were acquired. The system was then analyzed, compared, and evaluated. Results: The image qualities in each group have no significant differences and can meet the clinical needs. And parts of the same four groups of rate distortion results have little difference (P 〉 0.05 ) , with no statistically significance. Conclusion: The oral panoramic shooting for patients needing planting, in a certain range, are suitable to have high voltage and low current, which can reduce patient radiation measurement, so as to achieve low dose photography.
