沼泽红假单胞菌培养基的优化研究

摘　　要：为有效促进沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)的生长和繁殖,采用单因素试验和正交试验对其培养基配方进行了优化,结果显示,最佳培养基组成配方为:乙酸钠3.8g/L,氯化铵1.3g/L,酵母膏0.7g/L,微量元素0.8 mL/L。在此条件下培养,沼泽红假单胞菌菌液D_(660nm)值可达2.186,比优化前提高了29.4%。In order to enhance the growth and reproduction of Rhodopseudomonaspalustris,the compositions of medium were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment.The result showed that the optimum medium compositions were:CH_3COONa 3.8g/L,NH_4Cl 1.3g/L,yeast extract 0.7g/L,trace elements solution 0.8mL/L.Under the condition,D_(660nm) was up to 2.186,which was raised by 29.4%.
