摘 要:针对大型桩架立桅过程不能自主完成且操作繁琐的问题,提出一种多缸立桅机构。通过分析油缸行程与桅杆角度的位置关系,基于MATLAB/GUI编写人机交互软件,将机构尺寸参数输入并对立桅过程进行仿真,得到一组满足工程设计要求的机构参数。根据这组参数利用Pro/E建立该机构的三维模型并导入ADAMS建立运动学与静力学仿真模型,对该机构斜撑油缸与举升油缸在不同动作顺序下的立桅过程分别进行仿真,并对仿真结果进行对比分析。研究表明:斜撑油缸先动作的立桅过程具有较优的力学性能,对该立桅过程进行了试验,结果验证了仿真分析的正确性。In view of the problem that the large pile frame can not erect the mast independently and the problem of the complicated operation, a multiple hydraulic cylinder mast erecting mechanism was proposed. Analyzing the position relations between the cylinder stroke and the angle of the mast, interactive software based on the GUI module of MATLAB was compiled,the structure size parameters was written and simulation was done for the mast erecting process. A set of optimum structural parameters were obtained according to the output results of the kinematic simulation as well as actual engineering requirements.The 3D model of this new mechanism was established in Pro/E and it was further imported to ADAMS environment where kinematic and static simulation model was built up. Different processes of erecting the mast with the inclined strut cylinders and lifting cylinders in different motion orders were simulated. Analyses and comparisons of the simulation results were carried out. Research results indicate that the process of erecting the mast that the inclined strut cylinders retract firstly show better mechanical behavior. Results of simulation analyses were proved by the experiment of the process of erecting the mast in this motion order.
