摘  要:规范地制定集成电路制造企业内的采购业务流程,有助于企业良性运转,有利于避免不良因素的干扰。流程各个环节的职责尤其重要,作者以其十多年在大型集成电路制造企业的工作经历,详细分析了IC制造企业内的采购业务流程,包括年度开口合同流程、生产性材料采购流程、备品备件采购流程、紧急采购流程、寄售采购流程、固定资产采购及验收流程。Because of the specification of the development of integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise procurement business process, it is helpful for the enterprise to run well and to avoid the interference of adverse factors. The responsibilities of each process are particularly important. Based on the working experience of more than 10 years in a large integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise, the author analyzes the purchasing process in IC manufacturing enterprise.This paper discusses the process of annual open contract, the procurement process of production materials, the procurement process of spare parts, the emergency procurement process, the procurement process, procurement and acceptance of fixed assets.
