摘 要:世界一流研究型大学可分为技术、制度和哲学三个层次。技术层次的世界一流研究型大学通常是模仿者、跟随者,以消费和验证知识,并以向更高层次研究型大学供给初级学位获得者为主;制度层次的世界一流研究型大学是先进制度和模式的输出者,并生产原创知识,培养世界一流的高水平毕业生;哲学层次的世界一流研究型大学是大学思想、办学理念的输出者,也是人类、国家、社会和知识发展的卓越贡献者,具有哲学理念、全球领导力、现代化治理三个典型的"基因"。我国在建设更高层次的世界一流研究型大学过程中,应持续推进世界一流大学建设战略,极大提升研究生培养质量,不断促进大学治理现代化,持续投入巨额资金。The world-class research universities could be divided into 3 levels, namely, the technical level, the institutional level and the philosophical level. World-class research u- niversities at the technical level usually act as imitators and followers, whose main function is to consume and validate knowledge, as well as to supply higher level world-class research universities with students holding bachelor's degree. World-class research universities at the institutional level usually export advanced institutions and modes, which generate original knowledge, and cultivate world-class high-level graduates. World-class research universities at the philosophical level are exporters of educational thought and ideology as well as prominent contributor to the development of human being, nation, society, and knowledge; these universities hold three typical "genes", namely philosophical idea, global leadership, and modern governance. In the process to construct China world-class universities, it should push forward continuously with strategic plan of world-class university construction, im- prove the quality of postgraduate education, promote the modernization of university govern- ance, and increase input by considerable amount.
