网络集体行为意向:概念、测量及形成要素——基于国外相关研究的文献综述

摘　　要：[目的/意义]现阶段,我国的网络集体行为已经引起了从中央政府到普通网民的广泛关注。作为该领域的研究人员有责任对网络集体行为意向的形成机制进行剖析,以引导与实现网络集体行为的健康发展。[方法/过程]利用文献调研与归纳分析的方法,梳理了大量国外相关研究领域的文献,阐述了网络集体行为意向的概念、测量方法及形成要素。[结果/结论]集体意向作为群体目标导向行为的核心预测变量,是当前用以探索网络集体行为的一个比较合适的研究取向。目前网络集体行为意向的测量主要有:生理测量法,自我报告法与量表测量法。网络集体行为意向的形成经历了酝酿、驱动与激活三个阶段,各阶段分别受到网络情境、社会影响与个体感知的作用。[ Purpose/Significance] Now in our country, online collective behavior has attracted wide attention from the central government to the ordinary Internet users. As the researchers in this field, it is the responsibility to make an in-depth study on the forming mechanism of online collective behavioral intention, so as to guide and make the online collective behavior towards a healthy development. [ Method/Process] By using the method of literature research and inductive analysis, and teasing a large number of literatures on foreign related research, this paper has demonstrar^l the conception, measurement and forming essential factors of online collective behavioral in- tention. [ Result/Conclusion ] Collective intention as the core predictor of group-oriented behavior, is a much more suitable research orientation to explore online collective behavior. At present, there are three main methods to measure online collective behavioral intention, which respectively is physiological measurement, self-report and scale measurement. The formation of online collective behavioral intention has experienced three stages, which namely are preparation, drive and activation. And the influence factors of each stage are different.
