摘  要:针对某液压机械加工厂火灾事故开展调查,确定起火点和事故成因。为进一步验证事故原因,搭建可燃气体云燃爆试验装置,对液压油雾化后的燃烧特性进行研究,观察液压油雾化燃烧与爆炸试验现象。结果表明,液压油雾化后火灾危险性大,极易发生燃烧和爆炸,提出合理的防范措施以降低火灾的危险。Fire accident in a hydraulic machinery plant was investigated,the fire origin and fire cause was identified.To further verity the fire cause,the experiment equipment for combustion and explosion of combustible gas cloud was set,the combustion characteristics of were researched hydraulicoil after atomization,and the phenomena were observed.The results showed that the hydraulic oil has a high firerisk and it is easy to burn and explode.Propose the reasonable preventive measures to reduce the risk of fire.
