摘　　要：为适应汽车保险单位对车损理赔人才质量的需求,《汽车保险与理赔》课程打破传统教学方法,将"学"和"做"有机结合,强调"做中学,学中做"的教学理念,切实提高学生的实际操作技能。In order to meet the auto insurance unit to claim the quality of talents demand, the course of ＂Automobile Insurance and Claim＂ break the traditional teaching method, the organic combination of ＂learning＂ and ＂to do＂, emphasize ＂do the process of learning, the process of learning to do＂ teaching ideas, and improve the students＇ practical skills.
