摘 要:随着风电场大规模的接入电力系统,电网调度运行变得愈加困难。传统的调度方法无法考虑风电出力的不确定性,将威胁系统运行的安全性,因此研究计及风电出力波动性的电力系统安全调度具有重要意义。采用一种基于风电出力预测区间的调度模式来考虑风电出力的不确定性,在此基础上建立鲁棒优化调度模型,并考虑机组的自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)响应来应对风电出力波动,维持系统功率平衡。然后在鲁棒调度模型的基础上建立新的经济校正成本模型来对比传统调度和鲁棒调度的经济性。该模型在目标函数中加入模拟场景下的弃风和失负荷的惩罚费用,利用风电模拟场景计算平均总运行成本。最后采用96个时段的10机算例和实际某省系统中24个时段的134台机算例对传统调度和鲁棒调度进行了对比分析,验证了所提方法的鲁棒性和经济性。Large-scale integration of wind farms imposes great challenges to operation and scheduling of power system. Traditional dispatch method cannot appropriately consider wind power uncertainties, threatening power system safety. Thus study on dispatch method for power system with wind farms is of great significance. This paper presents a robust dispatch mode using wind power prediction intervals to consider wind power uncertainties. On basis of this mode, this paper proposes a robust dispatch model considering automatic generation control(AGC) unit adjustment in response to wind power fluctuations to maintain system power balance. In combination with this model, a robust adjustment cost model is formulated to calculate total costs of traditional dispatch model and the robust dispatch model. This model takes penalty of real-time wind power curtailment and load loss into objective function, and uses simulation scenes of wind farms to calculate total operation costs. Finally, this paper uses a 10-generator system in 96 time intervals and a 134-generator system in 24 time intervals of a province to compare performances of traditional dispatch method and the robust dispatch method. Results verify robustness and economy of the robust dispatch method.
