摘 要:目的为探讨核桃膳食对小鼠睡眠功能的影响及其作用机制。方法采用BALB/C健康清洁级雄性小鼠,每天经口灌胃给予核桃仁去皮衣研磨膏状物[3.33、6.67、10.00g/(kg bw)],对小鼠睡眠功能进行评价,依据评价结果对高剂量组小鼠脑组织中褪黑激素含量进行分析。结果空白对照组及各剂量组在给予受试物60 min内,均未发生直接睡眠现象。经口给予小鼠去皮衣核桃仁30 d后,与0g/(kg bw)组比较,该受试物在6.67 g/(kg bw)组能缩短巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠潜伏期(P<0.05);10.00 g/(kg bw)组能延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间(P<0.05),能缩短巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠潜伏期(P<0.01);高剂量组小鼠脑组织中褪黑激素显著增加。结论每日摄入核桃量6.67~10.0 g/kg bw具有改善小鼠睡眠功能的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of walnuts on sleep function in mice and its mechanism. Methods Peeled walnuts was given to BALB/C male mice by gavage everyday (3.33, 6.67, 10.00 g/(kg bw)). The sleep function was evaluated. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the melatonin content in the brain in high dose group was analyzed. Results After administering the test substance, direct sleep phenomenon did not occur within 60 min in the control group and walnut groups. After 30d treatment of walnuts, compared with 0 g/(kg bw) dose group, the dose of 6.67 g/(kg bw) walnuts shortened sleep latency induced by sodium pentobarbital (P〈0.05). The dose of 10.00 g/(kg bw) walnuts extended sodium pentobarbital-induced sleep time (P〈0.05), and reduced sodium pentobarbital-induced sleep latency in mice (P〈0.01). Melatonin in the brain of high dose group was increased significantly. Conclusion Daily intake of walnuts at doses of 6.67-10.0 g/(kg bw) may improve the sleep function in mice.
