摘　　要：生物信息库已成为医学发展的重要支撑。从生物信息资源利用、社会公众认知与参与、生物信息库建设伦理监管等三个方面解析了加强生物信息库伦理监管的必要性,指出在生物信息库的建设中,要从资质准入、标准制订、日常监管等三个方向进行伦理介入。最后,对生物信息库建设中存在的五个方面的伦理冲突进行了分析,探讨了伦理监管中的考量要点。The biobank has become an important support to the development of medicine. This article analyzed the necessity of enhancing the ethical management of biobank from the aspects of resource utilization, social cogni- tion and participation, and ethical supervision of its construction. It pointed out strict qualification approval, crite- ria formulation and regular supervision in ethical intervention, analyzed five existing ethical conflicts in biobank construction, and discussed the main points to be considered in ethical supervision.
