摘 要:目的从同学之间的交往出发调查了解新疆某高等医学院校预科生人际交往现状。方法采用自编问卷对新疆某高等医学院校200名预科生实施调查并对典型个案进行深度访谈。结果预科生普遍存有强烈的人际交往意愿。在同学交往过程中呈现动机单纯但存在差异性、交往范围狭窄、交往能力缺失、社交活动形式单一的特点。结论依据医学院校预科生人际交往现状,加强顸科阶段的语言应用能力;转变观念,重视预料教育阶段人文素质的教育;培养预科生的表达和倾听艺术。Objects: To investigate the current situation of interpersonal communication inpreparatory students in one Xinjiang medical college from the exchanges between students. Methods: Using self - developed question- naire, a survey was conducted among 200 preparatory students and depth interviews were conducted for typical ca- ses. Results:Preppies showed a strong willing of interpersonal communication. In the process of students" interac- tion, some features were presented as followings: pure motives but dissimilarity, narrow range of interactions, lack of interaction ability and the single form of social activities. Conclusion: Based on the above current situation of interpersonal communication in preparatory students, it should enhance the language tory stage, change the idea and attach importance to the education of humanistic qu and train preppy~ expression and listening art. application ability of prepara- ality in preparatory education
