摘  要:对比16周有氧运动锻炼和有氧运动结合抗阻训练对肥胖大学生血清chemerin水平和血脂代谢的影响,揭示运动减肥的可能机制.把36名肥胖大学生随机分为3对照组、有氧运动组和有氧运动结合抗阻训练组,经16周运动干预后,两个运动干预组的W、BMI、FM、%F,以及血清TG、TCH、LDL-C含量和血清chemerin水平明显下降,血清HDL-C显著升高,其中有氧运动结合抗阻训练组的FM、%F和血清chemerin水平下降更为明显.相关分析发现,血清chemerin水平与W、BMI、FM、%F、TG、TCH、LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关.因此,有氧运动结合抗阻训练的减肥效果更好.The study was to investigate the effect of Aerobic Exercise Combined with Resistance Training on the serum chemerin level in Obese college students.36 Obese college students were randomized into exercise group,Aerobic Exercise group and Aerobic Exercise Combined with Resistance Training group.After 16-week exercise,the weight,BMI,FM and %F of exercise group were decreased;the serum level of TG,TCH,LDL-C and chemerin were decreased obviously.Resistance Training for 16 weeks has a positive function to body composition and abnormal lipid metabolism,the serum chemerin was also decreased.
