摘　　要：目的评价白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)基因多态性与肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)遗传易感性的关系。方法检索Pub Med(-2016年10月)、Web of Science(-2016年10月)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)(-2016年10月)、万方数据库(-2016年10月)、维普数据库(-2016年10月),应用Stata 11.0软件对各研究结果进行异质性检验和效应值合并。以病例组与对照组IL-10各种基因模型的比值比(OR)为效应指标,Egger’s检验和Begg’s检验偏倚。结果共10篇研究符合纳入标准,病例组1 147例,对照组1 304例。Meta分析结果显示:IL-10-1082、IL-10-819、IL-10-592位点多态性的基因型分布在病例组和对照组中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);以地区为亚组进行分层分析,发现上述位点的多态性在不同地区差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-10-1082、IL-10-819、IL-10-592位点基因多态性与IBS易感性无明显相关性。Objective To explore the association between the polymorphism of IL-10 and the susceptibility of irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods A meta-analysis was performed to analyze the association between polymorphism of IL-10-1082, IL-10-819, IL-10-592 and the susceptibility of IBS. Results Ten original studies with a total of 2 451 subjects （1 147 patients and 1 304 controls） were entered the final data combination. There were no significant differences in genotype distribution of the three genetic loci （IL-10-1082, IE-10-819, IL-10-592） between case group and control group （P 〉 0.05） , the same results were obtained based on regional subgroup analysis. Conclusion There is no significant association between the polymorphism of IL-10-1082, IL-10-819, IL-10-592 and the susceptibility of IBS.
