BANCR在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)患者癌组织中BANCR的表达及其与临床病理和预后的关系。方法应用荧光实时定量PCR(real-time quantitative PCR,qRT-PCR)检测BANCR在92例ESCC癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达,分析BANCR表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果 BANCR在67.4%(62/92)的ESCC患者癌组织中高表达,其相对表达量为2.046±0.160,癌旁组织相对表达量为0.447±0.694,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);BANCR的高表达与肿瘤的TNM分期(P=0.015)、肿瘤大小(P=0.022)、淋巴结转移(P=0.032)有关;与年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、远处转移等无关;BANCR高表达组无进展生存期(PFS)和总生存期(OS)均较BANCR低表达组缩短(PFS,P=0.006;OS,P=0.040)。结论 BANCR在ESCC组织中高表达,BANCR的异常表达与肿留大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关,BANCR表达水平越高,患者预后越差,提示其可能参与ESCC的进展及转移。Objective To explore the expression of BANCR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods The expression of BANCR was examined by quantitative real-time-PCR in 92 ESCC tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues. And its correlation with clinical pathology and prognosis was analyzed. Results BANCR was overexpressed significantly in ESCC tissues compared with adjacent non-tumor tissues （P 〈 0.05）. High expression of BANCR was associated with TNM stage （P = 0. 015 ） , tumor size （P = 0. 022） and lymph node metastasis （P =0. 032）, but not associated with age, gender, tumor site and distant metastasis BANCR high expression group had significant shorter survival time than low BANCR expression group. Conclusion BANCR is highly expressed in ESCC tissues and its high expression is correlated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. The expressionof BANCR is higher, the prognosis of ESCC patients is worse, it may be involved in the progression and metastasis of ESCC.
