关于铜绿山古铜矿遗址保护管理的思考

摘　　要：湖北大冶铜绿山古铜矿遗址在中国乃至世界矿冶文化遗产中占据重要地位,自发现以来,对其保护管理可谓一波三折。文章在梳理铜绿山古铜矿遗址保护历史与现状的基础上,指出目前保护工作中存在一些问题,如管理权属不一致、保护遭遇执法难、遗址保护与开采并存、民众保护意识不强。建议:理顺管理关系,建立协调机制;科学规划生产,加强全面监管;加强宣传教育,增强保护意识;学习先进经验,修复遗产环境。Hubei Daye Tonglushan ancient copper mine relics is an important mining and metallurgy culture heritage in China and even in the world, since it was discovered, its protection and administration experienced twists and turns. Based on the history and present situation in the protection of Tonglushan ancient copper mine, a lot of problems are found the inconsistency of management authority, difficulty in the law enforcement in its protection, conflicts in the protection of the relics and the exploitation of mine on the s ite , and the public % lack of consciousness of protection. To solve these problems, some suggestions are made as follows ： ration-alize management relationship through coordination ; plan production scientifically through overall supervision ; enhance protection consciousness through publicity and education ; learn advanced experience in restoring the heritage environment.
