摘  要:2013年3月至2014年2月对长寿湖7个采样点进行逐月调查,共鉴定出浮游植物84种,隶属7门55属,绿藻门和硅藻门为长寿湖浮游植物最主要群落组成。全年Margalef种类丰富度指数d的变化范围为1.08~2.00,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数H'的变化范围为2.03~3.95,Pielou均匀度指数J的变化范围为0.39~0.76,秋、冬季水质状况优于春、夏季。各区域采样点多样性指数差异较小,Margalef种类丰富度指数d表现为西北部湖区较高,中部东部湖区采样点次之;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数H'及Pielou均匀度指数J均表现为中部湖区较高,西北部、东部湖区次之,西北部及中部湖区水质状况优于东部湖区。综合三种多样性指数初步评价,研究区域全年水质处于中-无污染状态。A total of 7 phylums, 55 genera, 84 species of phytoplankton were identified during the investigation, which was performed from March 2013 to February 2014 monthly at 7 sampling sitets, Chlorophyta, Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta were the main phylums. The annual variation range of Margalef index ( d) , Shannon-Weaver index ( Hf) and Pielou index ( J ) were 1.08 - 2. 0 0, 2. 03 - 3. 95 and 0.39 - 0.76,the water quality in autumn and winter was better than spring and summer. There was no significant differences among different region’s diversity indexs,Margalef index ( d) in northwest region was higher than central and eastern region, Shannon-Weaver index (Hf) and Pielou index ( J ) in central region were both higher than northwest and central region, the water quality in northwest and central region was better than in the eastern region. The comprehensive evaluation result showed that annual water quality is in a state of middle-non pollution.
