摘　　要：目前,对于多阶段博弈决策模型的研究主要集中在双方博弈,普遍存在委托人和代理人之间信息不对称的情况。针对上述问题,文中在Ramy Elitzur多阶段模型中引进第三方物流企业,构建多阶段三方博弈模型,进一步推导出博弈三方各自最佳退出点,求出在最佳点处三方各自的收益,得到博弈三方首轮博弈时便制定各自风险退出点的策略,为存货质押融资模式的风险防范提供参考依据。The research on multi stage game decision model is mainly focused on the game between two parties presently.Aiming at the above problems,this paper introduces the third party logistics enterprise in the multi stage model of Ramy Elitzur,and construct multi stage three party game model. Furthermore,this paper derive the optimal exit point of the three party,and find the best point of each of the three parties. Finally,in this paper,we get the strategy of making the exit point of the three party game. And this paper Provide reference for risk prevention of inventory pledge financing mode.
