摘 要:目的以生理学中"细胞膜电位"知识点为例,探讨微课在民办院校护理专业生理学教学中的实施方法及应用效果。方法将2015级护理班随机分为微课组和传统组,微课组采用微课教学模式干预,传统组采用传统讲授的教学模式。比较两组护生的章节测试成绩并且采用问卷调查微课组护生对微课教学的评价。结果微课组"细胞膜电位"单次测试成绩的优秀率和良好率均高于传统组,且微课组三次章节测试的平均成绩亦显著高于传统组(P<0.05);调查问卷显示微课能很好地激发护生学习兴趣、利于移动学习、提高学习自主性和学习效果,能很好地为临床实践做好铺垫。结论微课教学是民办院校护理专业生理学教学改革的一个有效手段,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application method and effectiveness of micro-lectures in the teaching of physiology for nursing students at private schools by taking the knowledge point of cell membrane potential as an example. Methods The nursing students of Grade 2015 were randomly divided into micro-lecture group and traditional group. The students in micro-lecture group received micro-lecture teaching mode while those in traditional group were taught with the traditional mode. Section tests results of the two groups were compared and a questionnaire among the students was used to find out their evaluation of micro-lecture teaching. Results The excellent and good rates of a single test of cell membrane potential were higher in micro-lecture group than in traditional group; moreover, the average scores of the three sections in the former group were also significantly higher than those in traditional group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The questionnaire results showed that micro-lectures could effectively stimulate students.interest in learning, facilitate their mobile learning, and improve their autonomous learning and learning outcomes, which can pave the way for clinical practice. Conclusion Micro-lecture teaching is an effective way to reform the teaching of physiology at private nursing schools, and thus it is worth popularizing.
