摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国高校思想政治教育政策不断改进和完善,形成了比较完整的体系。通过对我国高校思想政治教育政策的梳理,发现其呈现渐进性改变和自我强化的趋势,进入路径依赖状态。综合权衡路径依赖的正面效应和负面效应,适度协调政策和社会意识变迁逻辑,充分借鉴社会科学各学科知识,尊重社会与个人发展的规律性,能够提高政策的科学性和适用性,更好地实现政策目标。Since reform and opening-up？ policies about ideological and political education have been improved and become more and more complete. By researching on the ideological and political education policies, the writer finds that the policy system has been changing in different decades and it has entered a kind of path dependence. By balancing the positive and negative impacts, adjusting the changes of policy and social ideology properly, learning form different subjects of social science, and respecting the inner logic of society and individuals, we may improve the scientificity and applicability of policies and achieve the purpose of policies.
