摘  要:目的建立上下颌骨、牙列、颞下颌关节、Advansync功能矫治器导下颌向前的有限元模型,探讨在牙尖交错位、下颌姿势位和最大开口位状态下,下颌骨向前移动的疗效及对下切牙唇倾和解剖牙合平面的影响。方法对牙列排齐整平后的安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者,采用CBCT进行头颅扫描。运用Mimics17、Geomagic Studio 2013、Unigraphics NX8.5软件进行计算机图像处理,在ANSYS Workbench15.0软件中建立Advansync三维有限元模型。结果获得包含MBT直丝弓矫治器的Advansync功能矫治器前导下颌的三维有限元模型。在Advansync功能矫治器作用下,下颌骨、下切牙有向前向下移动的趋势及解剖牙合平面趋向顺时针的旋转,但是随着开口度的增大而减弱。结论研究结果提示Advansync功能矫治器在开闭口运动过程中主要促进下颌整体向前向下改建。Objective To construct a three-dimensional finite element model of maxillary, mandible, denture, and temporo-mandi bular joint by using Advansync appliance. To explore the efficacy of guided forward movement, the labial inclination of lower anterior teeth, and occlusal plane change under the different mandible condition of centric position, rest position and the maximum opening po- sition. Methods The patients with the malocclusion of Angle Class ]] division 1 after the initial alignement and leveling stage were se- lected. CBCT was used to scan the skull. Mimicsl7, Geomagic Studio 2013, and Unigraphics NX8.5 software were used for computer image processing, then ANSYS Workbenchl5.0 software was apphed to establish a three-dimensional finite element of Advansync appli- ance. Results The three-dimensional finite element model of Advansync appliance including MBT straight-wire appliance was obtained. With Advansync appliance the action of mandible and lower incisors had the tendency to move forward and downward, and the occlusal plane mainly had the trend of upward and backward movement, which decreased with the increase of opening. Conclusion The result suggests that the main effect of Advansync appliance is to cause forward and downward mandibular modification in the open- ing and closing movement process.
