摘　　要：目的:检测不同结肠组织(结肠癌、癌旁组织、结肠腺瘤性息肉组织)中miR-302b的表达差异,明确其与结肠癌临床病理参数的关系.方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRTPCR)检测30例结肠腺瘤组织和60对结肠癌及其癌旁组织中miR-302b的表达,分析结肠癌中miR-302b表达与临床病理特征之间的关系.结果:miR-302b在结肠癌组织、腺瘤性息肉、癌旁组织的表达依次升高,且各组间表达的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在结肠癌中,miR-302b在不同肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结是否转移、有无远处转移组间表达有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:miR-302b在结肠癌中低表达,提示其可能发挥抑癌基因的功能.AIM： To analyze the expression of miR-302b in adenomatous polyps （AP） and colon cancer （CC） compared with non-tumor adjacent tissues （ NAT）, and to investigate the clinical relevance of miR-302b expression in CC. METHODS： Expression of miR-302b was detected by quantitative real time PCR （qRT-PCR） in 30 AP patients and 60 paired CC patients with NAT. In CC tissues, the relationship between miR-302b expression and clinical features were analyzed. RESULTS： The expres- sion level of miR-302h in CC was significantly lower than that of AP, and the expression of miR-302b in AP was lower than that of NAT, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Then, the low expression of miR-302b was significantly related to tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and TNM stage. CONCLUSION： miR-302b lowly expressed in CC, which revealed that implicating it might play as a tumor suppressor gene in the CC development.
