摘 要:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMFo)是一类优良的溶剂,由于其潜在的生殖毒性,已被REACH列入高度关注物质。利用气质联用仪建立了测定鞋类DMFo残留量的检测方法。以甲醇为提取试剂,在60℃下超声进行提取,GC/MS测定,外标法定量。鞋类产品中DMFo主要通过皮肤接触进入人体,利用建立的方法对104款鞋中的DMFo含量进行检测,以此数据为基础,根据化学物质暴露的特点,建立了一种鞋类DMFo的皮肤暴露风险评估方法。研究显示,基于本次实验数据,鞋类产品中DMFo通过皮肤暴露对穿着者健康造成的风险较小。N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMFo) is an excellent solvent. Due to its potential reproductive toxicity, DMFo has been taken as substance of very high concern by REACH. A method for determination of DMFo in footwear materials by gas chromatography mass spectrography (GC-MS) is established. Samples are extracted with methanol under ultrasonic, then analyzed by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method. DMFo contents in footwear enter the body mainly through skin contact. According to the exposure character of chemical, a dermal exposure risk assessment method is established to evaluate the risk of DMFo, based on the test results of 104 pairs of shoes. The result shows that DMFo in footwear through dermal exposure had little influence on human health, according to the experimental data.
