摘　　要：目的 1例HIV阴性患者感染马尔尼菲蓝状菌的案例报道。方法对1例感染马尔尼菲蓝状菌的HIV阴性患者的资料、辅助检查和治疗经过进行分析总结。结果患者HIV阴性,未合并免疫受损的基础疾病,患者表现为胸壁脓肿伴肋骨骨质破坏。马尔尼菲蓝状菌形态学特征典型,微生物培养为目前临床诊断的金标本。伏立康唑对该患者治疗有效。结论非HIV患者可感染马尔尼菲蓝状菌,临床表现无特异性,伏立康唑治疗马尔尼菲蓝状菌感染有效。Objective To study a case report of an HIV - negative patient infected by Talaromyces marneffei. Methods Clini- cal data, auxiliary examination and treatment process of an HIV - negative patient with Talaromyces marneffei were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patient was HIV -negative and did not merge the underlying disease with immune impairment. The patient＇s main clinical manifestation was chest wall abscess with rib bone destruction. Morphological characteristics of Talaromyces marneffei were typical, and microbial culture was the gold standard for clinical diagnosis. Voriconazole was effective in the treatment of this case. Conclusion Non - HIV patients can be infected with Talaromyces marneffei. The clinical manifestations is non -specific, and voriconazole treatment is effective to Talaromyces marneffei infection.
