摘　　要：Turner综合征（TS）是常见的X性染色体异常综合征，主要临床特征为生长发育迟缓及性腺发育不全。研究发现TS患者甲状腺异常发生率较普通人群高。现就TS患者甲状腺异常方面的临床特点及机制做一综述。Turner Syndrome （TS） is a common X sex chromosome abnormality syndrome. Its main clinical features are growth retardation and germinal aplasia. The study found that the incidence of thyroid abnormalities in patients with TS was higher than that in the general population. This article reviews the clinical features and mechanisms of thyroid abnormalities in patients with TS.
