基于数据挖掘孟河医派治疗温病中医用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨孟河医派治疗温病的中医用药特点及规律。方法:收集孟河医派治疗温病的中医证治资料,提取医案的中医处方,经过数据标准化处理并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助系统挖掘其用药规律。结果:共纳入处方204例。核心药物为半夏、竹茹、茯苓、枳实、连翘、贝母,核心组合4个,并推演出候选新处方2个。结论:孟河医派治疗温病用药醇正,祛邪重视温通湿痰,扶正强调顾护津液,培本祛邪,标本兼顾。Objective：To explore the medication rule of Menghe medicine in treating febrile diseases. Methods：Chinese medical literatures of Menghe medicine in treating febrile diseases were collected and TCM prescriptions of medical cases were extracting. TCM database was formed after standardization. Use TCM inheritance support system to statistics analysis. Results：204 medical cases were included in the reseach. The core herbs were Pinellia ternate,Caulis Bambusae in Taeniis,Poria cocos,Fructus aurantii immaturus,Phillyrin and Fritillaria. 4 core combinations and 2 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion：Menghe medicine treating febrile diseases attach importance to moderation,and warm drugs for phlegm-dampness to eliminate evil and nourishing body fluid to supports vital energy.
