摘　　要：便秘是儿科临床常见病,但有一部分严重便秘的患儿却没有典型便秘的表现,而是以大便黏腻滑脱不能自控大便失禁等为主要症状就诊,王雪峰教授认为,这类患儿出现重度便秘是由于肠中实热积滞较甚,燥屎内结大肠,致大肠传导功能障碍,而引起的热结旁流之证,应采用"通因通用法"治疗,以清腑泄热、润肠通便的小承气汤为治疗基本组方。Constipation is a common pediatric clinical disease,but there is a part of the children with severe constipation without typical constipation,but with sticky stool slippage can not control as the main symptoms,professor WANG Xuefeng believes that this type of children with severe constipation due to the real heat accumulation in the intestines is more serious,accordingly feces sit in the large intestine which induced conduction disturbance. That is the condition of diarrhea with retention. We should adopt the＂treating incontinent syndrome with dredging method＂,to dispel heat,ease-constipation which Xiaochengqi Decoction as the basic prescription for treatment.
