摘　　要：目的:探讨应用胸外侧动脉穿支前锯肌筋膜瓣修复乳腺癌病人术后的乳房缺损及术后乳房部分重建的可行性与临床美容效果。方法:自2014年1月至2016年6月,对20例女性乳腺癌病人行保乳根治术,术中应用胸外侧动脉穿支前锯肌筋膜瓣修复保乳术后的组织缺损及乳房部分重建,术后评价其临床美容效果。结果:20例病人手术成功,恢复良好,均无明显并发症;随访(25.0±6.2)(6~30)个月,保乳术后形态良好,肿瘤均未局部复发。结论:应用胸外侧动脉穿支前锯肌筋膜组织瓣在乳腺癌病人保乳术后进行部分重建手术是可行的,手术安全,可获得良好的乳房形态。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical aesthetic effect of breast reconstruction in the patients with breast cancer using serratus anterior muscle fascia flap with lateral thoracic artery perforator. Methods Twenty pa- tients with breast cancer who underwent breast conservative surgery to use serratus anterior muscle fascia flap with lateral thoracic artery perforator for breast reconstruction between January 2014 and June 2016 were enrolled in this study. The postoperative aesthetic results were evaluated. Results All 20 cases had successful operations and recovered well without severe complication. The patients were followed up （25.0±6.2）（6-30） months with good cosmetic results after breast recon- struction and no local recurrence of the tumor. Conclusions Using serratus anterior muscle fascia flap with lateral thoracic artery perforator during partial breast reconstruction was feasible and safe with satisfyingly pleasing.
