摘　　要：沈阳工学院信息与运载学院积极探索创新人才培养模式,以"国家级综合改革试点"电子信息工程专业为例,形成集优化课程教学内容、教学方法,丰富实践训练环节,开辟以竞赛和项目铺展学生创新课外活动的"三位一体"的人才培养模式,为学生综合素质和实践能力的培养创造良好条件,使学生成为"掌握理论知识、具有实践能力、拥有创新精神"的创新型应用性人才。College of Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering of Shenyang Institute of Technology explores the mode of cultivating innovative talents actively, with ＂national comprehensive reform pilot＂ of electronic information engineering major as an example, it forms the ＂three-in-one＂ talent training mode, which optimizes the curriculum teaching content and teaching method; enriches practical training link; conducts innovative extracurricular activities with competition and project. The training mode creates good conditions to cultivate student comprehensive qualities and practice ability, and trains students into innovative applied talents with theoretical knowledge, practical ability and innovative spirit.
