摘  要:随着高等职业教育的不断深入发展,我国高等职业教育目前正处于最好的发展机遇期,社会对高职学生职业能力也提出了更多的要求,高职学生职业能力提升问题已成为社会各界热议的焦点。基于PEST模型视角,从政治法律环境、经济环境、社会文化环境和技术环境等方面对苏州地区高职学生职业能力提升进行系统分析,并提出了应对策略,以期构建全方位的职业能力提升体系。With the constant development of higher vocational education, higher vocational education in our country is in the best period of development, the society has proposed more requirements for the professional ability of higher vocational students, and promoting the professional ability of higher vocational students has become the focus of discussion in aU walks of life. Based on the PEST model, from such. aspects as political and legal environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment and technological environment, the paper analyzes the improvement of professional ability of higher vocational students in Suzhou, and puts forward countermeasures in order to establish an all-round professional ability promotion system.
