摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为培养和建设"微服务"馆员团队提供参考。[方法/过程]阐述"微服务"的主要特征,分析"微服务"馆员团队的组织结构和知识技能结构。[结果/结论]"微服务"是图书馆服务创新的一个重要前沿,"微服务"馆员团队建设是图书馆开展"微服务"工作的关键,了解"微服务"馆员团队的知识技能结构是团队培养和组建的基础。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for training and constructing Micro-Service librarian team. [Method/process]The paper elaborates major characteristics of Micro-Service, analyzes organizational structure and knowledge and skill structure of Micro-Service librarian team. [Result/conclusion]Micro-Service is an important front of library service innovation, Micro-Service librarian team construction is the key of library＇s carrying on Micro-Service, and a better knowledge of understanding knowledge and skill structure is the foundation of team construction.
