摘 要:精准医学体现了生物医学与数据科学的深入融合,为医学发展勾勒出美好蓝图。当今时代,计算概念已渗透到生命科学的各个领域,计算主义生命观试图从数据和计算的角度理解生命现象,其观念和方法既具合理性,又有明显的局限性。作为精准医学的两个基本要素,数据和计算同样与精准医学密切相关。精准医学的发展现状表明,其认识论层面存在某些逻辑缺陷,方法论层面亦存在一定不足。只有深刻把握医学数据的内在特征,辩证地理解计算主义生命观,才能为包括精准医学在内的医学实践提供科学指导。Precision medicine reflects a deep integration of biomedical and data science and outlines a brilliant blueprint for the development of medicine. At the present era, the concept of computation has been generalized to all aspects of life science. The life view of computatJonalism tries to understand the life phenomenon from the perspective of data and computation. There are both rationality and obvious limitations in its concepts and methods. As the two basic elements of precision medicine, data and computation are also closely related to precision medicine. The current situation of precision medicine shows that there are some logical defects in its epistemology and some deficiencies in its methodology. Only the profound grasp of intrinsic characteristics of medical data and the dialectical understanding of computationalism epistemology can provide scientific guidance for medical practice, including precise medicine.
