摘　　要：ICU应用先进的诊断、监护技术和治疗设备,对危重病情实施有效的干预,为重症患者提供规范的、高质量的生命支持,改善生命质量。作为重要的临床伦理内容之一,ICU治疗的伦理问题主要包括:在维持生命尊严、生命质量与争取短暂的生存期之间的选择;家属屈于传统观念、社会压力与理智的两难;ICU治疗技术、管理与人性化医疗的矛盾;医院创收与资源浪费的冲突。清楚认识ICU治疗中的伦理问题对完善重症医学伦理规范有着重要的意义。With the use of advanced diagnostic and monitoring techniques and treatment equipment, intensive care unit （ICU） conducts effective interventions on critical cases. It also provides standardized and high-quality life support for critical patients, promoting the quality of life of patients. As the key issues of clinical ethics, ICU medical treatment covers a wide range of ethical issues, including choice between maintaining the dignity and quality of life and striving for short survival of the ICU patients; the dilemma between traditional views, social pressure and rationality of patients＇ family members; the contradiction between ICU technology and management and humanistic medical cares the conflicts between hospital income and rational utilization of health care resources. Therefore, it is of great significance to have a clear understanding of the ethical issues related to ICU medical treatment, promoting the implementation of ethical norms of critical care medicine.
