摘 要:目的:初步研究趋化因子(I-TAC)及其受体(CXCR3)诱导血管生成拟态形成在腺样囊性癌中的作用和意义。方法:实验选用唾液腺样囊性癌病理蜡块24块,综合临床症状和镜下观察应用免疫组织化学法,检测唾液腺腺样囊性癌及正常唾液腺组织旁组织中I-TAC-CXCR3的表达并采用PAS、CD31双重染色法检测各组组织中血管生成拟态的形成状况。结果:I-TAC和CXCR3在腺样囊性癌组织中的表达量高于瘤旁组织(P<0.05)。在有神经转移的腺样囊性癌组织中高于无神经转移的腺样囊性癌组织(P<0.05)。有神经转移和无神经转移组织都存在血管生成拟态,然而在有神经转移的腺样囊性癌中血管生成拟态的表达数量明显高于无神经侵袭组和正常组织。结论:I-TAC和CXCR3在腺样囊性癌组织中高表达提示二者可能在腺样囊性癌的发病机制中发挥作用血管生成拟态在有神经转移的腺样囊性癌中高表达且CXCR3与组织阳性表达的血管生成拟态呈正相关(相关系数r=0.718,P<0.01)。初步得出趋化因子及其受体可能与腺样囊性癌的神经转移相关。Objective: To study the role and significance of chemotactic factor (I -TAC) and its receptor (CXCR3) on inducing the formation of vasculogenic mimicry in adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods:24 blocks of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma pathological were observed by immunohistochemical method combined with clinical symptoms and endoscopic. The expression of I - TAC - CXCR3 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and normal salivary gland tissues were detected. Vascular PAS and CD31 double staining methods were used to detect the formation of tissue mimicry. Results:The expression of I - TAC and CXCR3 in adenoid cystic carcinoma tissues was higher than that nearby tumor tissues (P 〈 0. 05 ). Neuroinvasive -ness of adenoid cystic carcinoma (,P 〈 0. 05 ) is higher than that of the non metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma. Vasculogenic mimicry exists in neuroi - nvasive- hess and non metastatic of adenoid cystic carcinoma. Tissues with and without nerve transfer exist angiogenesis mimicry. However, in adenoid cystic carcinoma with n6rve transfer in angiogenesis, the expression quantity of mimicry was obviously higher than that of no nerve invasion group and normal group. Conclusion : The high expressions of I - TAC and CXCR3 in adenoid cystic carcinoma tissue indicate that they might play a role in the pathogenesis of adenoid cystic carcinoma. The expressions of angiogenesis mimicry in adenoid cystic carcinoma with nerve transfer are high. Anglogenesis mimicry CXCR3 and the positive expressions of tissues were positively correlated ( correlation coefficient r = 0. 718 ,P 〈 0.01 ). It is preliminarily concluded that chemokines and their receptors may be associated with the nerve transfer of adenoid cystic carcinoma.
