摘 要:以载重子午线轮胎11.00R20为研究对象,用应变能密度梯度(SEDG)作为轮胎疲劳寿命的评价指标,探讨轮胎外轮廓和关键结构参数对轮胎疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:胎圈处曲率半径减小,轮胎疲劳寿命降低,反之则提高;胎肩处曲率半径减小,轮胎疲劳寿命提高,反之则降低;采用4层带束层并合理设定胎体帘布反包高度及其与钢丝加强层间的高度级差,能有效减小轮胎的SEDG模,从而提升轮胎的疲劳寿命。In this study, the strain energy density gradient was proposed to evaluate tire fatigue life, and the influence of contour and structure parameters on the fatigue life of truck and bus radial tire was investigated by using 11.00R20 truck and bus radial tire as the research object.The results showed that, when the radius of curvature of bead was reduced, the tire fatigue life decreased, otherwise the tire fatigue life increased.When the radius of curvature of the shoulder was reduced, the tire fatigue life increased, otherwise the tire fatigue life decreased.With 4 layers of belt, suitable carcass turn-up height and height difference between the steel wire reinforcing layer and carcass turn-up ends, the SEDG mode of the tire was effectively reduced, so that the fatigue life of tire was improved.
