摘 要:利用超高压水射流对废旧子午线轮胎进行破碎分离、回收胶粉,并以射流压力(p)、靶距(s)和移动速度(v)为主要因素,利用Design Expert软件中水平设计和响应面分析法对水射流工艺参数进行优化,以使胶粉的脱硫效果最佳。结果表明:超高压水射流能够实现胶粉部分脱硫,脱硫效果最佳的水射流工艺参数为:p 180 MPa,s 21 mm,v 1 500mm·min^(-1),此时胶粉的凝胶质量分数为0.828。Ultra-high pressure water jet was used to break up and separate the waste radial tire to recycle rubber powder. The jet pressure(p),target distance(s) and moving speed(v) were taken as main factors,and the factorial design and response surface analysis methods in Design Expert software were used to optimize the process parameters of water jet and desulfurization effect of rubber powder. The results showed that,rubber desulfurization was partially achieved by using water jet,and the optimized result was obtained when the p was 180 MPa,s was 21 mm,and v was 1 500 mm·min^(-1). The gel mass fraction of obtained rubber powder was 0. 828.
