摘  要:为了精确、高效地完成某独塔斜拉桥拉索梁端锚槽及其内嵌钢板的尺寸设计,适应拉索数量众多且在设计过程中梁端倾角变化频繁的情况,借助达索3D体验平台采用BIM技术中的"骨架-模板"方法,先后完成用于定位锚槽的"骨架"和带有所需数据参数的"模板"模型,在建立锚槽及其内嵌钢板的三维模型的同时,批量化输出设计所需几何尺寸。结果表明:这种方法与传统设计手段相比,能够显著提高设计的精确性和效率,由于达索软件具有模板重用和参数化的特点,本项目建立的模板和骨架同样能够用于其他类似项目当中。To accomplish the design of anchor groove and its embedded steel plates precisely and efficiently, a method which is adapt to the numerous cable and frequently changing girder-end angles during design process is introduced. In this method, the author adopted the "skeleton-template" measure in BIM technology based on Dassault 3 D experience platform. After the skeleton that is to position anchor and template which is attached by data needed are established, 3D model of anchor groove and its embedded steel plates are instantiated. At the same time, geometry data required by design is exported in a batch mode. What the result indicates is as follows: compared with the traditional method, this one can enhance the precision and efficiency prominently. Thanks to the template reuse and parameterization characteristics of the Dassault software, template and skeleton established in this project can also be used by other similar ones.
